Providing behavioral health and other onsite support services to assist tenants at the Richardson and Rene Cazenave Apartments maintain housing stability and improve access to resources.
Felton Institute’s Clinical Housing Support (CHS) program offers a wide range of support services. These include individual and group behavioral health counseling, case management, primary care nursing case management, medication monitoring, and referrals to primary medical care. Additional services encompass substance abuse and psychiatric treatment, benefit counseling, and client advocacy. The program also features meal programs, health education, community building, tenant organizing, and various other case management functions.
Our team is committed to implementing evidence-based practices and behavioral health research within its community-based mental health services.
Felton’s Clinical Housing Support (CHS) program serves all tenants currently living in the Richardson and Rene Cazenave Apartments who were formerly unhoused, are low income, and have co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and chronic medical conditions, as well as have limited experience living independently.
Our wraparound mental health treatment is provided to residents.
We provide:

- Therapy (individual and group)
- Psychiatric services
- Medication monitoring
- Nursing case management
- Crisis intervention
- Substance use disorder intervention
- Peer support
To be eligible for the Clinical Housing Support program, prospective clients must live in the Richardson or Rene Cazenave Apartments (RCA).
