An apartment complex in the Mission District for older adults age 55+, including those who were formerly unhoused. We offer supportive services and opportunities to help residents build community connections and pathways to age safely and independently.
Felton’s 1633 Valencia Supportive Services (VSS) program provides voluntary, on-site services designed to help older adults maintain stable housing in the community. Through individualized support, coordination with property management, and community-based connections, the program promotes long-term stability, independence, and well-being for residents in permanent supportive housing.
Felton’s 1633 Valencia Supportive Services program serves older adults living in the Mission District and formerly unhoused adults age 55 and older who are income-eligible and living independently without minor children in their care.
Our supportive services and programming include:
- Outreach and engagement following move-in
- Case management
- Benefits advocacy
- Food security
- Connections to community-based health and social services
- Wellness and safety checks
- Housing stability support
- Assistance in navigating tenancy
- Support groups
- Social activities
- Regular community meetings
Eligibility is determined through referral from the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) via San Francisco’s Coordinated Entry. Eligibility may include income limits, benefit enrollment, and the ability to live independently within a supportive housing setting.
