Accessibility Statement for Felton Institute
Felton Institute is committed to ensuring digital accessibility. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
Our ongoing accessibility efforts work towards conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) that defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Felton Institute is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. These guidelines enable web access to users, including users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities.
Measures to support accessibility
- Prioritizing inclusive design and taking into consideration people with disabilities and older people with accessibility needs due to aging — early and throughout different types of design projects for print, social media, video content and web content.
- American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation is available upon request.
- We strive to provide American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation for all in-person agency-wide events.
