Implementing Effective Reskilling and Upskilling: Learning Programmes for Older Adults

Dr. Robin Ortiz, Felton's Director of Research, Training, and Evaluation, contributed to this UNESCO publication. The report features Felton's SCSEP case study, "Reconnecting to the World," highlighting how the program helps older adults build skills, confidence, and pathways to employment.
