Free Computer Tutoring and Tech Support for Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities
Felton Institute is a proud partner in the SF Connected Program, funded by the San Francisco Department of Disability and Aging Services. Through this citywide initiative, Felton and other community organizations provide free, in-person digital literacy training and support for older adults and adults with disabilities.
Felton Institute’s trainers deliver hands-on support at SF Connected Computer Labs, San Francisco Public Libraries, senior centers, and other neighborhood locations.
We offer hands-on help with:
- Smartphones and tablets
- Basic computer skills
- Online health portals
- Social media tools
At Felton, SF Connected operates under our Tech Squad program. Tech Squad bridges the digital divide by bringing tech support and broadband access directly to older adults and people with disabilities—empowering them to participate in our increasingly digital world.
Our goal is to enhance the well-being, quality of life, and independence of older adults and individuals with disabilities by closing the digital gap.
