Quickly transition back into the workforce!
Back 2 Work (B2W), provides workforce training for candidates living in San Francisco. Utilizing an expedited workforce development curriculum, we help older adults who are residents of San Francisco and age 60+ or younger with disabilities to enhance the skills necessary to secure employment fast.
Our goal is to prepare older adults to overcome challenges and remain competitive in today’s job market through training, community engagement, and workforce development.

- Felton Institute’s Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is contracted to the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
- Under the Older Americans Act (OAA) Title V, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) administers and allocates funds to State agencies on aging and national organizations to operate the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), which provides part-time, work-based training opportunities for older workers in community service agencies and assists program participants in obtaining unsubsidized employment.
- The Felton Institute SCSEP program is funded by a contract awarded by the California Department of Aging (CDA) and the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA).
