Comprehensive case management, therapy, and psychiatric services for older adults, age 60 and older, with mental health concerns and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
Offering clinics in two San Francisco locations — Geriatric Services West (GSW) and Geriatric Outpatient Services (GOS) — our older adult Outpatient Mental Health (OMH) services programs provides an integrated recovery and treatment approach that includes working with the clients and their support networks to help them maintain independence and dignity while aging in place.
Our multidisciplinary team consists of clinical case managers, peer community specialists, psychiatric medication providers, an administrative manager and clinical supervisors. We work from a client-centered philosophy and a strength-based, recovery- oriented, harm reduction model.
Our wraparound mental health treatment is provided to our clients in the community and the clinic.

To be eligible for the GSW or GOS program, prospective clients must:
- Live in San Francisco.
- Have Medi-Cal or both Medi-Cal and Medicare.
- Must be 60 years and older.
