The Reentry Engagement Program (REP) partners with justice-involved individuals who are experiencing severe mental health challenges to support their transition from incarceration to their community and towards their personal goals.
The Reentry Engagement Program (REP) is a community-based, intensive case management and mental health program that is grounded in social and restorative justice. The program is based on the priorities and interests identified by its clients, both in custody at Santa Rita Jail, and recently released into the community.
The REP team is a diverse group of clinicians and peers working with transitional aged youth (TAY) and adults who are experiencing severe mental health challenges and other significant difficulties, such as homelessness, substance abuse, and physical illnesses. The team strives to respond to client’s needs and honor where they are in their recovery journey.
REP partners with clients in navigating services, systems, and their recovery journey to promote wellness and reduce contact with the legal system and emergency services.
