Realizing Employment and Creating Hope (REACH)

Realizing Employment   Realizing Employment and Creating Hope

Through vocational case management services and employment training, the REACH program provides employment and educational services to at-risk youth citywide specifically pregnant and parenting teens. The program’s primary academic partner is SFUSD’s Hilltop High School, which focuses on getting pregnant and parenting teens on track to graduate.

The REACH program offers in-take and assessment services, job readiness workshops, career counseling, worksite training, internships/placement services and stipends for incentives to promote retention. The integrated service model has an overall goal to get youth connected to all sector academies or enrolled in post-secondary education.

In addition, we offer GED classes, providing an alternative education program for pregnant and parenting teens citywide.
