The need for open, honest conversations about mental health has never been greater. Join us for an evening focused on real conversations as we come together to build a community of support across San Francisco.
Join us for a community walk and run in recognition of Mental Health Month. Together we can raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind each other that caring for our mental health is something we all share.
The course begins at 2 Florida St, follows the waterfront, and returns to the starting point. The total route is approximately 2 miles.
Children are welcome! All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Join the City of Menlo Park for their 8th Annual Mental Health Open Mic Night! Musician and mental health advocate Frances Ancheta Becker will be the emcee for a special event at Café Zoe. Bring your voices together or feel free to share support as a listener--to increase awareness and inspire action to reduce stigma against those with mental health conditions. Whether in sharing experience, music, storytelling, readings, or poetry, join them in a safe space where you can share your own words, or listen to those of others.
