The Together, We Are Felton campaign shines a light on our talented workforce who are the heart and soul of our historic organization. Spotlighting the ingenuity, empathy, and hard work of our employees, we’re uplifting their stories and highlighting the positive impact they have on the community and beyond.
Fostering hope and dignity, Felton’s workforce – over 500 strong – reaches across all racial, ethnic, cultural, social, and linguistic lines.
