Receive instruction that is relevant and meaningful to your career goals. The program will provide you with theoretical knowledge and foundational principles in Early Childhood Education, ensuring you are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Nationally Recognized Credential and/or Degree:
Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive either a nationally recognized credential through the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing, or upgrade your credential, and/or a degree from a fully accredited institution of Higher Education, EDvance College. This achievement validates your expertise and greatly enhances your prospects for exciting career opportunities in the Early Care and Education field.

ECE REACH | Pre-Apprenticeship
Teacher’s Assistant- Earn 18 ECE college credits in three quarters.
- Receive a educational stipend of $1000 per quarter.
- Receive academic tutoring and support.
- Work while you learn, complete 50 days of experience in an ECE Title 5 program.
- Obtain an Associate Teacher credential from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
- Complete 8 hours of health and safety training.
- Receive a CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Receive a Mandated Child Abuse & Neglect Training certificate.
- The opportunity to pursue a AA and BA degree pathway.
ECE REACH | AA degree
Teacher Apprenticeship- Earn 60 college credits, an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, including 24 ECE units, and 3 supervised field experience
- Receive an educational stipend of $1000 per semester.
- Receive academic tutoring and support.
- Work while you learn
- Tier 1 trainings +15 hours of health and safety training
- Obtain Teacher or Master Teacher credential from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
- Receive a CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Receive a Mandated Child Abuse & Neglect Training certificate.
- The opportunity to pursue a BA degree pathway
ECE REACH | BA Degree
Lead Teacher Apprenticeship- Earn 60 additional college credits (120 total), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, including 24 ECE units, 6 units in administration, and 2 in adult supervision
- Receive an educational stipend of $1000 per semester.
- Receive academic tutoring and support.
- Work while you learn
- Tier 1 and 2 trainings and certifications + supervision & leadership training in ECE + 15 hours of Community Care Licensing Regulations training.
- Obtain a Site Supervisor / Program Director credential from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
- Receive a CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Receive a Mandated Child Abuse & Neglect Training certificate.
