Director, Business Development
Dr. Robin Ortiz is the Director of Business Development and has been with Felton since 2017. Her responsibilities include oversight of Felton’s Development team and the Training, Research and Evaluation Division.

Dr. Robin Ortiz holds a Ph.D. in Applied Child Development from the Eliot-Pearson School of Child Development at Tufts University in Massachusetts, and a master’s in Counseling Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Felton, Dr. Ortiz worked with North East Treatment Centers as the Director of the first Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) in Philadelphia under the city’s child welfare reform efforts. She also served as a Lecturer and Advisor in the Department of Applied Psychology in Human Development, Graduate School of Education for the University of Pennsylvania.
Robin has over 25 years of experience designing, managing, and evaluating social service programs in the fields of children’s behavioral health, justice, and child welfare. Through her oversight of Felton’s Development department, Dr. Ortiz has supported the agency to a growth of over $17 million and an expansion in Felton’s Justice Services programs across two counties. Felton’s Training, Research, and Evaluation team collaborates with its service divisions and community partners to provide internal and external training in a variety of clinical and non-clinical topics.
When she is not working, you can find Robin doing something outdoors – usually hiking, kayaking, or standup paddle boarding.
