Nicole is Felton Institute’s Director of Marketing & Communications, where she leads the strategic vision for organizational storytelling and integrated communications across more than 60 programs.
Nicole Verduzco
Nicole oversees departmental workflow, project strategy, and creative production, ensuring that Felton’s mission and values are represented across digital platforms, media, events, and campaigns.
In her role, Nicole leads a multidisciplinary team that includes design, social media, photography, and videography. Nicole partners with program leaders to shape narratives that highlight community impact and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. She also supports executive messaging and overall communication planning.
Before joining Felton, Nicole played a key role in scaling SpeedPro East Bay from a startup into a million-dollar studio. Her experience included managing branding campaigns and leading client relationships. She also created social media content, wrote articles for industry audiences, and built systems that improved workflow and strengthened the client experience.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Communications from California State University East Bay and an M.B.A. from Notre Dame de Namur University. She brings over 10 years of experience in marketing, storytelling, and operational leadership with a commitment to elevating authentic voices and supporting mission-driven work.
