Susan Calderon

Susan Calderon has served as a Felton board member since September 2025 and is a member of the Development Committee.

Susan brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions integration and business transformation, with a proven track record of driving complex global initiatives at leading Bay Area technology companies. She has worked within Corporate Development & Strategy teams and as a consultant, leading the integration strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Asia, and Latin America. Her work aligns corporate financial goals, drives product growth, expands into new markets, attracts top talent, and fosters technological innovation.

Susan joined the Felton Institute board because she believes in accelerating community-led change with a focus on youth-centered programs. She is passionate about initiatives that uplift young people, nurture their potential, and prepare them to be the path to our future. She serves as a member on the board’s Development Committee working on strengthening Felton’s strategic business development efforts.

A proud San Francisco native, Susan also has served as Advisory Board Chair for Oasis for Girls, a San Francisco non-profit that empowers young women from underserved communities through mentorship, leadership development, and academic support programs. She earned a double major B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
