Event Highlights
Felton’s Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting program (TAPP) program supports young parents under 19 who are navigating the journey of raising children aged 8 and under, offering resources and guidance to help them grow, thrive, and build a strong foundation for their families’ futures.
The moment was truly inspiring as young mothers who balanced both education and parenthood crossed the stage, hand in hand with or cradling their babies.
