Felton Institute Supportive Services at Knox SRO

Felton’s Knox Supportive Services (KSS) program provides voluntary, on-site supportive services for formerly unhoused adults living in permanent supportive housing at Knox SRO in San Francisco.

Working in close partnership with property management and the City’s homelessness response system, Felton’s Knox SROSupportive Services program helps tenants maintain stable housing, build community, and strengthen their ability to live independently. Services are tenant-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in Housing First and harm reduction principles to ensure low-barrier access and long-term housing stability.
