Terry M. Limpert has served as a Board Member since September 2004. Mr. Limpert works in private practice with corporations and small businesses, and on a pro bono basis with non-profit agencies. He recently retired after twenty years as a Partner with Mercer Delta Organizational Consulting, a management consulting firm that provides services related to the management of strategic level organizational change to major corporations and other institutions. While at Mercer Delta, Mr. Limpert consulted at the CEO level of major institutions in the areas of organizational architecture and design, organizational transition and change, executive team development, leadership and process design.

He also has experience in strategy formulation and culture change, and has consulted across the health care, telecommunications, financial services, high technology, and chemical process industries. Mr. Limpert’s extensive consulting experience is with managers at all levels from CEOs to first line supervisors and includes work with internal consulting staffs and human resource managers.

Mr. Limpert holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Marietta College and completed graduate work in business administration at Babson College. He is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management at Columbia University and has studied at the NTL Institute and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Terry views board service as a way to personally bring his professional skills and life experience to a cause for which he cares deeply.
