Mark Gibson joined the Felton Board in June 2019 and serves as co-Chair for the Development Committee. He is currently the founder and chief principal of The Next Us, a consultancy focused on organizational excellence and positive social change. He has worked with pioneering organizations across sectors as a strategist, consulting Chief Marketing Officer, and executive coach. His past clients include Omidyar Network, Clinton Foundation, Synopsys Software Integrity, Zazzle, Sundance Channel, Linux Foundation Energy, and Community Youth Center of San Francisco.
Mark is a former Board Member of San Francisco Suicide Prevention (now part of Felton Institute) and a former Board President of BAY Positives. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English Literature (Highest Honors) and has a Brain-Based Coaching certificate from the Neuroleadership Group. He is passionate about community wellness and the performing arts.
