

During the past 20 years, Mr. Wyatt’s consulting practice has been focused on working with CEOs and other senior executives in Fortune 200 organizations to design and lead major organization changes. John’s projects have included executive assessment and development, global organization design, culture and large-scale change, and merger and acquisition integration. Some of his CEO or business unit head clients include: HP, Motorola, Fannie Mae, Lyondell Chemical, ITT, Kimberly Clark, AES Corp., Bombardier and Mercer Human Resources Consulting.
Early in his career, John held community development and administrative positions with the City of Chicago Model Cities Program and the Mayor’s Office for Senior Citizens and HEW and was consultant for Kirschner Association, an education and research consulting firm, that focused on governments and non-profit organizations. John has also been Vice President of Block Petrella Weisbord, and a Principal with Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
During the past ten years, John has provided pro bono consulting to a number of Bay Area nonprofits and nonprofit boards including Felton Institute, Mental Health Association of San Francisco, The Discovery Center and the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area.
John received his B.A. in Government from Lake Forest College and his M.S. in Urban Studies from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
