Lynch, Gilardi and Grummer. As an experienced litigator, her legal practice has primarily focused on defending health care providers and workplace discrimination and harassment actions. In addition, she frequently presents employment law seminars and trainings for corporate management groups. Ms. Madden served as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and provided her services, pro bono, to the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Aids Legal Referral Panel.
Lisa has personally experienced how a social services program can provide the opportunity and support necessary to positively change the course of a life. As an organization that seeks to empower the disadvantaged, not accepting status quo, Felton has a long history of recognizing the challenges faced by vulnerable members of the community and responds to those needs with innovation, care and respect. Because of this, Lisa is proud to serve on the board.
Lisa has also thoroughly enjoyed raising her two sons in San Francisco.
